Traveller from Edinburgh stayed in June,2009

Check-in staff weren't very helpful and our rooms were not ready on arrival at 2.15pm. I then had to queue again to obtain the keys an hour later. Also had a problem with the sink in the room which was blocked and wouldn't drain away. Our keys didn't work later that evening so had to go back to reception in the early hours of the morning.
