I was not informed by reception that I had to book the restaurant and when myself and my nephew arrived for a meal at 5.15pm we were not going to be given a seat even although it was not busy, we were eventually give one but I felt embarrased by this situation, the meal was slow and we had to cancel our starter and just had the main course as were going to a concert and there would have been no time but the main course was excellent. Also the bar did not open until 5.00pm which again I was not advised of this as your information leaflet gave different times.

I was slightly apprehensive about staying at this economy style hotel but I am delighted to report back that my stay and that of my colleagues, was first class. I really cannot fault it. The breakfast was lovely, the hotel clean and modern and the staff very friendly and helpful. I will definately choose the Premier Inn when next in Glasgow.

Very very pleased. The staff there especially made the trip. They couldn't do enough for you - and always had a smile. Thanks guys. The rooms were very comfortable, the double bed was huge!! I slept like a baby every night.

Had lovely stay, room clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful, suggest shower caps (disposable) be put in bathrooms( as women like to cover their hair if they have just had it done) when they take a shower otherwise every thing was fine will certainly come back here again.
